About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Digital to lead our digital transformation journey at STEM Learning. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a user-centred digital transformation approach to drive business value and improve the teaching and learning of STEM subjects.
  • Maximise the use of data and technology to enhance our impact and reach, improving the effectiveness of our digital platforms and services.
  • Advocate the value and potential of technology internally and externally, ensuring that our digital infrastructure is aligned with the needs of the wider STEM education community.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions at pace, ensuring maximum value is achieved through our digital and technological resources.
  • Ensure the right technology choices are made to deliver operational resilience and support our diversification strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering digital strategies, systems, and platforms in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation and technology.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £72,000 - £80,000 per annum.
