Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide robust commercial insights and analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and security.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical, business partnering, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment, meeting multiple deadlines and managing own priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to gain knowledge across a variety of functions.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information and create successful business relationships.
