Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Accuracy and Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and seamless service.
  • Payment and Receipt Management: Verify payments and receipts to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • Menu and Drinks Recommendations: Confidently suggest our menu and drinks offerings to customers, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Service Standards and Incident Reporting: Monitor service standards and report any incidents or issues to ensure we maintain our high standards.
  • Leadership and Team Support: Provide guidance, support, and motivation to your team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Passion for Food and Beer: A genuine enthusiasm for our menu offerings and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Service and Teamwork: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
