Regional HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team as a Regional HR Business Partner. This role involves partnering with multiple sites across the South of England and around London to shape workforce strategy and ensure seamless HR operations.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning and organisational development. You will leverage relevant data and reports to provide actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior directors on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage relevant data and reports to provide actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships across various sites, ensuring cohesive and effective HR support.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Advise regional managers on HR matters such as absence management and team development, helping them optimise their teams' performance.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in HR, ideally within retail or other multi-site businesses. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner with senior leadership on high-level strategic issues, be proficient in using HR data and reports to drive decisions, and have strong relationship-building skills.
