About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team at HRLife Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by providing strategic HR support and guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of HR to develop and implement HR projects that enhance the function and drive business results.
  • Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on employment relations matters.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee experience, including health and wellbeing, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR processes and policies that reflect best practices.
  • Lead HRIS integration and cultural change projects to drive business transformation.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 7 qualification and previous experience in a commercial business.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR projects and improving employee engagement.
  • Ability to utilize data to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
