We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a well-established freight forwarder, we are looking for a professional who can help us expand our business and take it to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Account management and development
- Telesales and cold calling
- Quotations and sales strategies
- Reporting and analysis
- Liaising with operations and other departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Confident and skilled in telesales and cold calling
- Industry knowledge and expertise
- Proven track record of new business development
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dynamic and target-driven
