About the Role

Infotel UK is a leading provider of IT services and solutions, seeking a talented and motivated IT Services Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As an IT Services Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as market research, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our IT services.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Business Acumen
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
    • Good knowledge of IT services and solutions.
    • Experience in using CRM software and sales tools.
