Your role will encompass a range of stimulating projects, including a comprehensive review of existing processes, contributing to the implementation of our new HR Information System (HRIS), and pinpointing opportunities to elevate our service standards across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute strategies to enhance communication and engagement between HR and employees, fostering a supportive workplace culture. Ensure the precise and timely processing of payroll data from the HR department, collaborating closely with finance to guarantee smooth payroll operations. Discover and implement opportunities to refine HR workflows and practices, documenting and applying best practices to boost operational efficiency. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job advertisements and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all applicants. Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of HR Administrators, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR operations capacity, particularly in payroll, process enhancement, and recruitment within a dynamic, high-volume setting. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
