We are seeking a highly skilled RAN and Spectrum Strategy Expert to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our Radio Access Network (RAN) Technology strategy and Architecture Strategy Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic technical direction of our mobile network technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RAN and spectrum strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on RAN technologies, including LTE, LTE-Advanced, 5G, and 5G advanced.
  • Manage and analyze mobile spectrum principles, management techniques, and radio traffic analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with global and UK spectrum assignment processes and regulations.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of RAN technologies and mobile spectrum principles.
  • Proven experience in RAN and spectrum strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
