Radio Access Network Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Access Network (RAN) and Spectrum Strategy Expert to join our RAN Technology strategy and Architecture Strategy Team. The team plays a pivotal role in setting the strategic technical direction of VMO2 mobile network technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and relevant practical experience with radio traffic analysis and spectrum capacity dimensioning. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding and relevant practical experience of radio wave propagation principles, theories, and its application in mobile coverage prediction.

Key responsibilities include:

* Understanding of network infrastructure sharing techniques and capability enablers, both passive and active sharing.
* Good understanding of RF Health regulations and their application to mobile networks.
