About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Project Solutions team at Randstad UK. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our continued success by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and support from our Sales Development Representatives.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborative Team Work: Work alongside our delivery team and other Randstad UK divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.

Key Skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales, uncovering client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
  • Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
  • Ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships.
  • Team player who can work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
