Job Purpose

The Support Manager role is a critical position that involves empowering participants into sustained employment through effective caseload management and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Achieve service delivery targets and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participant Engagement
    • Engage participants, assess their needs, and co-produce action plans to support their employment goals.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to support participant employment.
  • Database Management
    • Update database systems in real-time to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Volunteer Supervision
    • Supervise and guide volunteers to ensure they are equipped to support participants effectively.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track participant progress and service delivery.

  • Training and Development
    • Undergo necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge in employment support.
  • Compliance
    • Comply with contractual requirements, safeguarding policies, and diversity policies to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Confidentiality
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Risk Management
    • Promote risk management practices to minimize potential risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Location

Based in Bedfordshire, with opportunities to work with participants across the region.
