Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of all computer-related equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, data communication equipment, and network infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to internal staff, addressing IT-related queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process Automation: Collaborate with the team to automate processes and systems, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled physical checks, OS and software updates, and patches to ensure minimum downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Extended Support Hours: Provide technical support and assistance during normal working hours and outside of normal business hours, including weekends, as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Technical Management: Strong understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware and software systems.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Power Query, VBA Macros, and other advanced Excel features.
  • Hardware and Software Experience: Extensive experience with computer hardware, printers, smartphones, and audio-visual communications equipment.
  • Self-Training and Development: Desire to self-train and pursue additional training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Time Management and Efficiency: Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and optimize resource utilization.
