Your daily responsibilities may begin with offering practical help to a resident, followed by conducting a thorough site evaluation. You may then engage with both internal and external partners to effectively guide a resident towards additional or specialized assistance, before leading a community event that encourages resident involvement and wellbeing.

As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will be integral to your Peabody community, playing a vital role in addressing the practical needs and overall wellbeing of residents. You will collaborate closely with residents in managing their independent living spaces, enhancing and refining Peabody's services to meet the diverse needs of our older clientele.

To excel in this position, you will need to be present at the residential facility for five days a week, totaling 30 hours, and possess a valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle. The facility comprises 38 individual apartments and features a communal lounge and kitchen for residents' enjoyment.

Your responsibilities encompass all facets of housing management, including conducting property inspections, identifying concerns, and gathering feedback to continually enhance our services and client satisfaction. To thrive in this position, you should possess:

Experience in providing support to vulnerable populations. A background in housing services. An understanding of the significance of accurate record-keeping and safeguarding protocols. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.

This position will necessitate an Enhanced DBS check.
