About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PCI Security Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Bank. As a PCI Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all divisions in Sainsbury's Bank and Argos Financial Services (SBAFS) in compliance with the Information Security Policy Standard and supporting controls framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support for the Information Security Policy within all divisions of SBAFS, working towards building and delivering processes, documentation, and consultancy services.
- Oversee policy control objectives, assess the adequacy of technical and process controls in business processes, and ensure compliance through oversight reporting.
- Maintain a defense-in-depth approach for service suppliers throughout their lifecycle, manage relationships with key partners, and incorporate emerging threats and control framework improvements into projects.
- Contribute to the development of best practices within the organisation and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in technical and procedural security, particularly in areas such as IT infrastructure security, IT security operations, application security, PCI-DSS, physical security, and security threat analytics.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 / 2, CISSP, CISM, and experience in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload under tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
