Security Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect crime
- Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any issues
- Respond to accidents and administer first aid as needed
- Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
- Notify management of any incidents or security breaches
- Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong background in security and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude.
