Job Title: Commercial Security Solutions Manager

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Security Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing our existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
  • Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
  • Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
