Job Summary

Nomensa is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead and develop the delivery of high-quality content and user experience through various digital marketing and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing and content strategies to attract, engage, and convert new audiences.
  • Lead the transformation of the company website to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for clients and prospects, bringing the brand to life and improving conversion rates, search, and findability.
  • Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities, using insights and trends to advise and inform on strategy and planning.
  • Organize events for both physical and virtual audiences, from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and serving as the first point of contact for promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Significant digital marketing experience at senior management level, coupled with a solid background in core digital marketing skills.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing impactful, integrated marketing and content strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, knowledge of Pardot/Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Proven digital marketing experience across channels, with a focus on email, social, web, and advertising, alongside experience measuring and analyzing data to build a picture of performance and ROI.
  • Experience sourcing, analyzing, and prioritizing relevant data from various platforms to inform campaign development and objectives.
  • Ability to work at pace to deliver multiple campaigns in support of communications priorities, which can change at short notice, and prioritize and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience managing people, motivating individuals, and promoting a positive team atmosphere.
