About the Role

Flo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading UX research initiatives and guiding the development of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • UX Research Leadership: Oversee and lead UX research projects, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of UX researchers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Research Methodologies: Develop and implement research methodologies to inform product development and drive business growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UX research team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong background in research methodologies and team leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
