Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of UX researchers to balance autonomy with collaboration
  • Drive process and workflow improvements to enable the team to work more efficiently and collaborate more effectively with wider teams
  • Advance the sharing and synthesis of customer insights across UX and other customer data sources
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider organization
  • Develop improved ways of measuring customer experience outcomes and design reporting mechanisms to make UX Research success metrics visible for stakeholders
  • Manage Research platforms and knowledge repository, and promote knowledge sharing of research within the organisation
  • Manage quarterly data analysis feeding into product strategy and design direction
