About the Role

Holland & Barrett is seeking a highly skilled UX Research Manager to lead our team of researchers and drive business growth through customer-centric design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of UX researchers to deliver high-quality research and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  • Drive process and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advance the sharing and synthesis of customer insights across UX and other customer data sources.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure research is aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure customer experience outcomes and design reporting mechanisms to make UX Research success visible.
  • Manage research platforms and knowledge repositories to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Expert experience in UX research with a proven track record of mentoring and managing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver cross-functional projects and solve complex problems.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Good understanding of financial performance.
