About the Role:

Insight Select is seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our Research and Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling events, webinars, and lead generation to senior C-level executives who will sponsor our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales prospecting and hunting for marketing contacts within targeted companies
  • Understanding executive objectives, targets, and goals
  • Matching events, reports, webinars, and content syndication programs to help executives achieve their aims
  • Managing a portfolio of conferences
  • Generating new business and creating value propositions
  • Effectively mapping the market and connecting with key decision-makers
  • Identifying business needs and developing solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B selling experience
  • Desirable experience selling conference sponsorship
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Full life-cycle sales experience
  • A real hunter mentality and strong telephone presence
  • Excellent communication skills and personal development focus

  • Up to £55,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
