Job Description

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Housing Association in the UK to recruit a Housing Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary of circa £44,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housing department and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of housing officers to achieve excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective service provision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and local authorities to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a housing management role with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for improving housing services and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in housing, including risk assessment and management, financial management, and compliance.

Working Hours:
