About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Income Collections Team as a Community Housing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and protecting our income.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with national colleagues and external partners to ensure that our income collections work streams are up-to-date and effective.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and case notes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Centre and Housing Managers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of housing management, housing law, and universal credit to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
