Job Title: Contracts and Club Admin Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and Club Admin Assistant to join our European Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, members/owners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update tours, load contracts, and produce contractual paperwork
  • Communicate with members/owners via email, phone, and post
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and awareness of policies, legislation, and compliance
  • Ensure data and member files are archived and scanned
  • Conduct remote sales purchase contract and consumer credit verifications
  • Member liaison and after-sales care
  • Club member process, transfer process, name changes, week exchange requests, surrender/non-qualified relinquishment process
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and care skills
  • Proficient in time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Ability to work in a multi-task environment and adapt to changes
  • Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Team player with sound judgment to work independently
