About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and Club Administration Assistant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our Contracts and Club Administration Team, you will provide critical support to our European Sales Team, Members/Owners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update tours, load contracts, and produce contractual paperwork
  • Communicate with members/owners via various channels
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and awareness of policies, legislation, and compliance
  • Ensure data and member files are accurately archived and scanned
  • Conduct remote sales purchase contract and associated consumer credit verifications
  • Provide member liaison and after-sales care
  • Process club member requests, transfers, name changes, and week exchange requests
  • Surrender and non-qualified relinquishment processes
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver excellent customer service and care skills
  • Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
