As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Estates Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and providing a warm and welcoming service to colleagues, residents, and other visitors.
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries, and responding to correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing letters and other correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating and distributing our monthly newsletter, and updating the bulletin board with relevant information.
  • Organizing bookings of the Guest Suite, and ensuring it is prepared for the next guests.
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager, including managing the Domestic Assistance Rota and ensuring it is passed to the Catering Manager.

Requirements:

  • A caring and friendly personality, with a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting customer service is desirable, but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to be considerate, patient, and professional, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office.
