Role Overview:
The Goods-In Co-Ordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations related to incoming goods and deliveries. This position requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients regarding delivery queries
  • Maintain internal CRM systems and spreadsheets for tracking deliveries and orders
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics manager to ensure accurate scheduling for drivers
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel and department heads about product availability
  • Assist in the picking and packing of online orders as required
  • Help prepare goods for dispatch and load vehicles when necessary
  • Ensure the Dispatch Centre is organized and secure
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the position
Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in administrative tasks using Outlook, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems
  • Capable of organizing tasks and delegating work as needed
  • Effective in both team-oriented and independent work environments
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Polite telephone manner for communicating with external parties
  • Strong organizational skills with a willingness to be hands-on when required
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts
