Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Rockford Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel's restaurants, bars, and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive revenue and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
