Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Assistant to join our team, who will be responsible for:

  • Greeting Customers

Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.

  • Understanding Customer Needs

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.

  • Merchandise Selection and Presentation

Selecting and presenting merchandise in a way that showcases its features and benefits, and ensures a seamless shopping experience.

  • Transaction Processing

Processing cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and secure payment experience.

  • Product Knowledge and Trends

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge, and providing expert advice to customers on our range of luxury fashion brands.

  • Customer Service and Experience

Providing a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.

  • Store Standards and Compliance

Maintaining a high level of store standards, ensuring the store is prepared for the next trading day, and complying with all Frasers Group policies and procedures.
