Salary: Between £35,000 and £45,000 plus company car

About the Role:

As a key member of the Aftersales Department, the Reception Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of parts and service processes. This dynamic and rewarding role offers a unique chance to lead and inspire a dedicated team, driving business success and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high performance standards within the parts and service teams through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Recruit and select team members in alignment with organisational needs.
  • Uphold customer service standards, ensuring adherence to customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Ensure adequate resources are available to meet servicing requirements, regularly reviewing key operating controls.
  • Oversee stock control and warehouse management, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and business operating requirements.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor customer needs and competitor activity, ensuring relevant and effective marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all service processes meet brand standards and are consistently implemented.
  • Foster inter-departmental communication to develop business and team ethos.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
