Trial Balance Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the company's daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes
  2. Oversee the accounts payable function, including posting invoices to Sage and authorizing supplier payments
  3. Handle the accounts receivable function, including entering customer account details and raising invoices
  4. Monitor the aged debtor function and perform daily bank reconciliations
  5. Produce a range of reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and aged debtor lists
  6. Manage and reconcile credit card transactions
  7. Work closely with the Managing Director to produce cashflow forecasts and basic management accounts
  8. Collaborate with Chartered Accountants to provide collated year-end reports

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of recent experience in a similar role and possess good all-round IT aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise and develop an enthusiastic colleague are essential.
