Human Resources Lead

Salary: Grade 8

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, allowing for a balance between on-campus and remote work.

Collaborating with colleagues across the HR team will be essential to maintain a consistent and high-quality service, while also leading strategic HR initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should hold an Advanced CIPD qualification and have a proven history of implementing innovative HR solutions. A strong dedication to service excellence and ongoing improvement is essential.
