**Job Title:** Human Resources Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering an operationally focused HR service, providing expert advice and support while managing employee relations cases.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure timely, fair, and consistent handling of HR matters in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Facilitate managers in addressing Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management, and capability investigations/hearings.
  • Develop and maintain robust casework recording and reporting systems linked to our HR system.
  • Minimize the risk of Employment Tribunals through effective case management.
  • Set direction, establish performance measures, and monitor service quality from indemnity insurers.
  • Act as Deputy in the absence of the Head of HR when HR advice is required.

**HR Advice:** This role has the possibility to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
