Collaborate with the Field Service Engineering Team to assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing field equipment at various production facilities.
Support the development, redesign, or modification of equipment on-site as necessary, providing feedback to engineering and deployment teams.
Data Management
Generate and analyze production and reliability data from multiple locations to inform design updates for field equipment and optimize the operational regime of digesters.
Assist in the operation and enhancement of gas processing systems to produce and market commercial fuels.
Documentation Development
Create standardized operation and maintenance manuals for site equipment as systems evolve.
Maintain accurate as-built schematics of process and control systems.
Contribute to the generation and review of regulatory compliance documentation for operational sites.
Safety Compliance
Conduct ATEX audits and installations, and manage ATEX equipment registers.
Adhere to procedures ensuring compliance with company ISO standards, taking responsibility for actions as outlined in HR-101a MyC RACI.
Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues, reflecting the values of NCP NETWORK LTD.
Reporting and Communication
Provide feedback on actions, progress, and modifications as necessary.
Team Collaboration
Be an active and engaged member of a motivated team.
Participate in team meetings and take initiative in personal review and development.

Health & Safety
Take responsibility for personal health and safety, following company guidelines in various settings, including office, workshop, on-site, and in vehicles.
Ensure health and safety is prioritized across all departmental activities.
Identify and report any health and safety risks to management.
Ensure availability of necessary PPE and communicate any deficiencies to management for resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
- Practical experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting industrial PLCs.
- A degree in engineering or a related field, or NVQ/Level 3 Diploma in practical electrical installation.
- COMPEX 1-4 certification.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and some coding experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX regulations.
- Experience in gas processing and AD commissioning operations.
- Familiarity with pressure systems, including small bore tubing.
- Experience with control systems and coding.
- Understanding of risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
- Awareness of process safety and associated risks.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £50,000.
