Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Model and document both current and future business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement enhancements to processes and systems that adhere to industry standards.
- Prepare proposals for IT investments, articulating their value in both financial and strategic contexts.
- Optimize the use of existing business applications and technologies to fulfill business needs and maximize IT assets.
- Conduct data analysis utilizing queries and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Create documentation for application procedures and training materials.
- Deliver training sessions on supported systems and updates.
- Provide ongoing application support to key users.
- Address technical application and data challenges, coordinating with third-party vendors for advanced support.
- Engage with users to assess information needs and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison among business units, technology teams, and support staff.
- Adhere to the organization's Global IT Policies & Procedures.
- Lead project initiatives as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, with additional experience in cloud technologies being advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
- Extensive experience with ERP AS/400 (System i) and Infor XA (MAPICS), ideally with over 5 years in the field.
- Background in Discrete Manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with GxP regulations is a plus.
- Capability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on translating business needs into operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with a diverse range of individuals across all organizational levels.
