Job Title: SEN Tutor, Nottinghamshire

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd in Nottinghamshire. As a SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified SEN Tutor to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners. You will be working with children and young people who require additional support in their educational and social-emotional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Work collaboratively with our SEN Support Team to ensure seamless support for each student
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on student progress
Requirements:
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS or QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Two professional references
