We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd in Nottinghamshire. As a SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational support to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified SEN Tutor to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners. You will be working with children and young people who require additional support in their educational and social-emotional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one tuition to young people with SEN and SEND in Maths, English, or Science
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
  • Collaborate with our team of SEN Support Specialists to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with young people with SEN and SEND
  • Experience of working with students with SEMH, MLD, and SLD
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Two professional references
