Job Title: PA to Associate Clinical Director of Psychological Services

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Associate Clinical Director of Psychological Services. This is a crucial role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Associate Clinical Director, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation.
  2. Assist with operational administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  3. Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  4. Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
