We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Associate Clinical Director of Psychological Services. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Clinical Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Associate Clinical Director, including diary management, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Assist with operational administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Associate Clinical Director.
