About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Reaside Clinic. As part of the Occupational Therapy Department, you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to deliver one-to-one interventions and group work, promoting independence and improving overall emotional wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities

You will be supported by the Occupational Therapist and receive regular management supervision and clinical supervision. Training and development opportunities will be provided to support your growth and development in the role.

Requirements

  • Hold an NVQ level 3 in Healthcare or a relevant qualification
  • Competency in one or more leisure/creative/technical activity
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Occupational Therapy and its application in a mental health setting
