Job Description

This is a full-time, 15-month, hybrid working role, with office time, split between London and Surrey (shuttle bus from Woking and Weybridge).

Key Responsibilities

As PR Manager for Campaigns, you will oversee campaign excellence across multiple categories across several consumer tech products and more. Reporting to the Head of PR and Comms and working closely with the Senior PR Campaigns Manager, you'll bring fresh energy and ideas to our PR efforts, building strong relationships across marketing and leadership teams.

Deliverables Include:

  • Deliver top-tier PR campaigns for flagship product launches and cross-category initiatives.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on PR strategies and budget utilisation.
  • Broaden brand awareness beyond the tech audience.
  • Ensure a comprehensive approach to campaigns, from strategy to execution and reporting.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with our PR agency to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members in campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Campaigns Manager on measuring and demonstrating campaign impact.
  • Support executive profiling through related campaigns

Requirements:

  • Background in global consumer PR campaigns—experience in the tech sector is not required.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A creative, outgoing approach to campaign work, with a passion for generating innovative ideas.
  • Strategic experience in building and executing PR plans for major consumer brands.
  • Passion for cultural trends and a collaborative, positive mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly.
  • In-depth knowledge of PR measurement and business impact.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong experience with lifestyle brands and high-profile partnerships.
  • Event management experience (product launch desirable, but not essential).

This role would be ideal for an Account Director/Senior Account Director looking to move from an agency to an in-house environment.

It's a hybrid working role, with some time at home, and the rest spent between Surrey and London.
