About the Opportunity:

Arcadia Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Consumer PR Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within the B2C space, providing innovative and creative ideas that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships at all levels, ensuring exceptional service and delivery of results.
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful account management.
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies, utilizing refined verbal, written, digital, and personal skills.
  • Deliver exceptional copy and stellar media relations, leveraging a creative and curious approach to drive results.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in PR, preferably within FMCG, Consumer, or Travel communications.
  • Proven track record of managing clients at all levels and overseeing junior team members.
  • Refined communications skills, including verbal, written, digital, and personal.
  • Developed writing style and ability to deliver exceptional copy.
  • Stellar media relations skills and an eye for detail.
  • Creative and curious approach, with a natural desire to learn and be part of a caring, supportive culture.
