About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Consumer PR Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing clients across the consumer, food & drink, and travel & leisure sectors. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and execute innovative PR strategies, driving results and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts within the B2C space, providing strategic guidance and creative ideas to drive results.
  • Liaise with clients and media daily, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong media relations, leveraging your expertise to secure media coverage and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality PR campaigns, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in PR, preferably within FMCG, Consumer, or Travel communications.
  • Proven track record of managing clients at all levels, with a strong understanding of consumer PR strategies.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to develop and deliver high-quality written and verbal content.
  • Strong media relations skills, with a proven ability to secure media coverage and drive brand awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
