Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals to provide high-quality, person-centered support and care to our service users.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support.
  • With a strong focus on quality assurance, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional care and support services.
  • You will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our care strategies and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior care management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care and support services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
