About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Aria Court Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Assist and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes in care, celebrating individuality and promoting personal growth.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring of vital signs.
Requirements
  • A passion for care and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
