We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join a reputable and supportive main contractor with a robust project pipeline, recognized for their outstanding performance on current frameworks.

This role is ideal for individuals with an engineering background who are ready to advance their careers, or for experienced Site Managers eager to tackle diverse and intricate water infrastructure projects.

Our client is expanding their project delivery capabilities within a significant framework and has an opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to become part of their team.

In this position, you will collaborate with the Project Delivery team on various initiatives focused on enhancing water assets, with project locations primarily in the Midlands region.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee projects from the award stage through to completion, ensuring financial targets are met while complying with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocation of resources and management of site personnel.
- Implementation of safe working practices in line with the Company Safety Policy.
- Monitoring and enforcement of the Division's Quality Assurance and Environmental protocols.
- Management of projects/contracts.
- Effective communication regarding project progress at all levels.
- Supervision and line management of Sub Agents and General Foremen.

Qualifications required include a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, along with a background in delivering water infrastructure projects and experience in Health & Safety management.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of managing challenging and diverse projects, with water-related experience being highly advantageous.

Essential certifications include a CSCS card, SMSTS (5-day), First Aid at Work (4-day), and a National Water Hygiene card.
