Senior Site Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client, a leading Social Housing Contractor, on a permanent basis. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a site team, including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers, to ensure works are carried out to programme and within budget.
- Monitor health and safety on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Attend progress meetings and client meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in the Social Housing sector, with a background in decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum.
- A car allowance of £4,000 per annum or the option of a company car.
