Madisons Fitness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to become a vital part of our team at our exclusive training facility, which focuses on personalized and group fitness training.

This role presents an exciting chance for individuals who are passionate about fitness and eager to develop their skills within a supportive and high-achieving environment, committed to delivering outstanding coaching and service to our expanding clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct over 30 hours of personal and group training sessions each week
  • Ensure the gym remains clean and well-organized
  • Engage actively in events and competitions hosted by Madisons Fitness
  • Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in fitness training, programming, and nutrition

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Level 3 Personal Training certification

Experience:

  • No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; however, a Level 3 PT qualification is mandatory
  • Any relevant experience, including volunteer work, is a plus
