Madisons Fitness is a premium private training gym specializing in small group personal training, strength, cardio, and hybrid large-group sessions. With a strong focus on providing exceptional service and coaching, we have built a loyal community of over 400 members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies for member retention and business growth.
  • Assist in the management of our coaching team, ensuring high-quality training sessions and exceptional customer service.
  • Coach 12-18 hours per week of personal training, delivering engaging and effective sessions to our members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal training, coaching, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
  • Ability to coach both small group personal training sessions and large group classes.
  • Passionate about being part of a high-performing team and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Training certification.
